About Me
I’m a journalist and alumna of Syracuse University. I graduated with a B.A. dual degree in Magazine Journalism and Political Science, along with a Spanish minor.
In 2021 and 2022, I was the Digital Director of Baked Magazine, a print and digital publication about food, drinks, and cooking. Prior to that, I was a staff writer and Assistant Opinions Editor at JERK Magazine. I’ve also learned how to code and do web development for multimedia sites, including The 5 O’Clock Project.
I write about anything and everything, but I frequently find myself diving into politics, food, drinks, music, and culture in my work. I’m very honored to say that one of my stories was awarded fourth place in the Features category of the Hearst Journalism Awards.
I’m available for short and long-term projects — magazine and news articles, blog posts, editing, social media, web development, and more.
